Senior Cost Analyst

Project Description

A site-based Senior Cost Analyst is needed for a one-year contract in Fort McMurray, AB, with a FIFO schedule of 14 days on and 14 days off. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Cost Management, reporting to Project Controls Lead – Execution. Responsibilities include cost management of off-site fabrication and on-site construction activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, and utilizing SAP/SAP HANA for cost management. Experience with ERP systems and Stage Gate procedures is beneficial, with a minimum of 10 years in oil and gas industry Project Control roles. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel, is required. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and team working skills, with the ability to prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines. Familiarity with SiteView and Omega PIMS is preferred. Responsibilities include developing cost reports, facilitating change management, preparing forecasts, and participating in cost review meetings.
