Project Description

A technology company based in the Dresden area is in need of an Interim Team Leader in Accounting to bridge a vacancy. Responsibilities include overseeing accounting processes, preparing financial reports, budget planning, and leading and motivating the team. Tasks also involve managing a team of 3 employees, organizing accounting and controlling, handling day-to-day financial operations, preparing financial statements, conducting financial analyses, reporting to management, communicating with authorities and institutions, and improving processes. The ideal candidate should have a degree in finance, be familiar with accounting regulations, possess leadership experience, excel in MS-Office (especially Excel), have analytical skills, and be hands-on and resilient. The position starts on September 1, 2024, and runs until December 31, 2024, with up to 5 days a week workload, located near Dresden, with German and English as the business languages, and primarily on-site engagement.
