Project Description
Our client is in need of an Interim IT Team Leader/Manager (m/f/d) to ensure the efficient and secure operation of all digital infrastructures within the company. The main responsibilities include overseeing the management and operation of IT systems, ongoing development and support of digital programs and services, budgeting and cost control of IT infrastructure, efficient use of SAP including the transition to SAP S4/HANA, selection and implementation of hardware and software solutions, comprehensive authorization concept implementation, and ensuring smooth disaster recovery processes. Additionally, the role involves driving the digital transformation of the company by analyzing, prioritizing, and implementing digitization requirements, as well as advising internal and external stakeholders on digitalizing business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT management, strong SAP knowledge particularly in S4/HANA transformation, familiarity with Windows environments, ITIL service management, leadership skills, and ideally some exposure to SOC/SIEM operations, with the ability to manage a team of 10 individuals effectively.
