Project Description

We are currently seeking two (Junior) Rollout Team Leaders (m/f/d) for a client based in Darmstadt/Neu Isenburg. The role involves coordinating with customers to schedule appointments, tracking package deliveries of network components to customers, managing and coordinating field service technicians, providing technical support to customers over the phone, guiding customers in installing network components based on instructions, documenting the rollout using Jira, weekly scheduling of deployments, coordinating with management, and detailed documentation of work processes. The ideal candidates should have expertise in remote support, ticket systems, coordination, organization, and teamwork. Nice to have qualities include punctuality, reliability, effective communication with the IT team and customers, structured work approach, confident demeanor with clients, good to very good German language skills, ability to quickly understand complex situations, and self-organizational skills for conceptual and prioritizing actions. This is a full-time position with a start date of ASAP, lasting for a minimum of 6 months with the possibility of extension.
