Our client is currently seeking a candidate with 3-5 years of experience to analyze and document business processes within the Aero domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace engineering, business administration, or a related field, coupled with expertise in business process analysis and improvement methodologies. Proficiency in tools like MS Visio for process mapping, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process changes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting training sessions for stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and conducting regular process audits. The client is particularly interested in candidates with project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. German proficiency is preferred for this position.
