Project Description

Our client is currently seeking a Support Specialist in the BI field to join their team on a temporary assignment. The responsibilities for this role include providing 1st and 2nd level support in BI, handling helpdesk inquiries, opening tickets, serving as the initial point of contact for internal staff, and acting as a liaison with the internal IT department. The ideal candidate should have experience with ticketing systems like OTRS, as well as proficiency in MS SQL, Visual Studio, MS 365, and Windows 11.
