Seeking a candidate with a bachelor's or master's degree in aerospace engineering, business administration, or a related field to analyze and document business processes within the Aero domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies, proficiency in using tools like MS Visio for process mapping and documentation, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Project management skills are also required to handle process improvement projects effectively. Responsibilities include identifying areas for process improvement, developing recommendations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating process maps, conducting training sessions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and conducting regular process audits.
