Our client in the Greater Munich area is seeking a Team Leader (m/f/d) for a duration of 12 months starting in August 2024. The role involves overseeing the professional and disciplinary management of transportation service employees, reporting directly to the Branch Manager. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and training new driving staff, conducting operational checks, participating in escort trips, handling fare settlements, and conducting employee meetings. The ideal candidate will have a degree in logistics or a related field, several years of experience in logistics and transportation, strong IT skills, excellent communication and team abilities, and proficiency in German.
