Project Description
Our client is in need of a Support Specialist with experience in the BI field for a temporary assignment. The hired individual will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level support in BI, managing the helpdesk, opening tickets, and serving as the initial point of contact for internal employees while liaising with the internal IT department. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in ticket systems like OTRS, MS SQL, Visual Studio, MS 365, and Windows 11, along with a solid understanding of overall business processes and commercial experience.
