The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in aerospace engineering, business administration, or a related field, along with a strong knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies. Proficiency in using tools like MS Visio for process mapping, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential. The candidate must also have project management skills to effectively handle process improvement projects. Compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, conducting training sessions for stakeholders, and conducting regular process audits for further improvement are key responsibilities of the position.
