Senior Security Operations Analyst

Project Description

A Senior Security Operations Analyst is needed on a contract basis for a new opportunity based in Basel with a start date of ASAP and an end date 12 months from the start. The position will involve working 100% on-site in Basel with on-call responsibilities as part of the Cyber Security Operations team within the Corporate Security unit. The candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of experience with dynamic malware analysis, threat hunting, and incident handling, and familiarity with Log analysis, Digital Forensics, and network protocols. Experience with SIEM tools, particularly IBM QRadar and Azure Sentinel, is required, along with strong communication skills and a proactive, self-motivated personality. Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with Cloud security services, basic programming knowledge (PowerShell and Python), and experience in threat hunting activities.
