SAP FICO Teamlead – S4HANA Transformation (mwd)

Project Description

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Team lead (m/f/d) to oversee a key project within an S/4HANA transformation, responsible for implementing and optimizing financial and controlling processes. The chosen candidate will lead the SAP FI/CO team through all phases of the project, from conception to go-live, coordinating with departments to analyze existing processes, determine new requirements, and tailor solutions in financial accounting (FI) and controlling (CO). The role entails technical and functional responsibility for implementing SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, adapting processes to new S/4HANA structures, and ensuring seamless integration with other modules and systems in the company. Additional responsibilities include managing customizing activities, supporting change management, conducting tests, coordinating data migration, and providing training for key users and end-users. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience leading SAP FI/CO projects, a deep understanding of financial processes and controlling, proficiency in SAP FI/CO module implementation and customizing, team leadership and development skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a track record of stakeholder collaboration. The contract will last for 12 months with the possibility of extension, with a workload of 4-5 days per week, starting immediately, and including a mix of remote and on-site work (30-40%).
