Project Description
Dear network, we are currently in search of an Oracle Database Administrator (m/f/d) specializing in automation to start on October 1, 2024, and end on December 31, 2024, working remotely at 100% capacity. The tasks involve configuring and managing Oracle Database Appliances (ODA), providing technical architecture advice and mentoring on database issues, diagnosing database deployment problems, installing and launching Oracle databases on Linux systems and ODAs, managing disk storage, setting up database users and network accesses, monitoring database performance, managing system logs, organizing reorganization jobs, and monitoring their execution. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in automation using Ansible/Ansible Tower, setting up RACs (on ODA), optimizing applications running on the RAC, configuring HA Oracle Database Appliances (ODA X8-HA, ODA X7-HA, or ODA X5-HA), Oracle Dataguard experience, and advanced Linux skills, along with expertise as an Oracle DBA, Oracle Database Administration certification, experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager, database monitoring with Icinga 2 or Nagios, and setting up RACs in VMs. We are excited to introduce you to this great project opportunity and look forward to receiving your profile with availability and terms.
