Our client based in Prague/Czech Republic is seeking a Finance Data Expert Service (m/f/d) to work 50% remotely and 50% onsite in Prague. The main task involves delivering the Finance Data Handbook and other essential documents to help formalize Finance Data Governance and enhance global awareness of the finance data model, finance data catalogue, and business rules. Responsibilities include driving data literacy across the Novartis finance function, increasing the Finance DCAM score for Governance, drafting and publishing the Finance Data Handbook, collaborating with stakeholders, documenting data entities in the Finance Data catalogue, and interacting with a wide audience of data experts. The ideal candidate must have experience in program documentation and development, master data management, MD operations, and data governance overlap, EBX knowledge, supporting document creation, document and content management, data literacy, training others, timeliness, adaptability, strong collaboration and communication skills, independence, and a DCAM or equivalent qualification with at least 3 years of data governance experience.
