Project Description

We are looking for an IT Team Leader (m/f/d) to lead and coordinate a team of five IT employees, plan and implement IT projects such as SAP module implementations and email migrations, oversee the development and optimization of CRM and HR systems, ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of software and hardware, collaborate with various departments to identify and solve IT requirements, develop and implement IT strategies to support business goals, provide training and support to the team, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a degree in IT or equivalent qualification, extensive experience in IT, proficiency in SAP modules, email systems, CRM, and HR systems, knowledge of software and hardware requirements, fluency in English, French, and German, and the ability to work in an international and dynamic environment.
