Our client, a leading oil and gas operator, is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support payroll activities for both local and expatriate staff in the United Kingdom. The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for preparing and reviewing payroll instructions, maintaining the payroll and HR systems, resolving pay-related queries, providing reports to the finance department, managing expense claims, and assisting with tax-related tasks such as benefits in kind and expatriate tax returns. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in coordinating payroll, a strong understanding of UK payroll legislation, advanced Excel skills, and excellent attention to detail.
