Currently, we are looking for a Specialist in Database Administration (Oracle, NFS, NetBackup, Materialized Views) for our client. The position is part-time, requiring 2 days per week, with a duration until December 31, 2024, and the possibility of remote work with potential time in Munich. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in database administration, Oracle, NFS, NetBackup, and Materialized Views. Responsibilities include evaluating the use of Materialized Views for performance optimization, implementing and testing in RAC environments, transitioning from NFS to NetBackup for backups, adjusting PL/SQL scripts for Data Pump, deploying with Ansible, and troubleshooting network communication. The willingness to undergo a security check is essential for this role.
