Project Description
I am looking for a freelance professional who can analyze various use cases to improve data quality and identify successful pilot programs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business units and IT teams to pinpoint 2-3 highly effective pilot use cases where enhancing data quality can add significant value. They will then implement data cleansing solutions to enhance and standardize data, capture requirements for future data management and quality improvements, establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of data quality enhancements in each pilot project, and create detailed reports and presentations to communicate pilot results, insights gained, and recommendations for scaling successful initiatives. Additionally, they will collaborate with senior management and business unit stakeholders on change management for data quality initiatives.
