Project Description
Dear consultants, Our direct end client in Frankfurt is in need of immediate support for a position with the following details: starting immediately, location in Frankfurt, project duration until December 31, 2024 (with possible extension), and 5 days on-site. The tasks involve customer communication in 2nd level support, management of Oracle databases (virtual or physical), ensuring database operations using ITIL processes, and optimizing existing databases. Requirements include expertise in Oracle installations, patching, RAC + SingleDB, and various Oracle tools and processes. Additionally, knowledge of Oracle Linux, monitoring setups, and fluency in German (at least C2 level) are essential. Nice to have skills include experience with MongoDB Atlas, AzureSQL, PostgreSQL, Azure Functions, among others. Soft skills required are effective communication, teamwork, openness to 24/7 operations, and proficiency in English (with German as the primary language).
