Contract Principal Data Scientist - Customer Analytics

Project Description

A leading fashion retailer in the UK is seeking an experienced Lead/Principal Data Scientist for a 6-month project focused on end-to-end customer analytics, outside of IR35 with a budget of £500-650 per day. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Engineering, Analytics, and Statistical Inference, emphasizing statistics or time series forecasting. They must have a proven track record in delivering customer analytics platforms, expertise in Data Platform design using Databricks and AWS, at least 5 years of experience building statistical analysis models, proficiency in Python and R for data processing and statistical analysis, as well as mentoring skills to guide junior team members.
