A Compliance Specialist/Quality Assurance professional is needed in Zürich and Region for an International client to oversee the governance and risk framework, quality assurance, and compliance with financial regulations including AML and KYC protocols. The role entails developing and managing the risk framework, conducting quality assurance reviews, using advanced Excel skills for macro development, and performing controlled testing to identify compliance issues. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of compliance or risk management experience in wealth management or private banking, strong Excel proficiency, in-depth knowledge of AML, KYC, CFT, and related financial regulations, and excellent analytical and communication skills. The position requires fluency in written and spoken English, with a start date of ASAP and an end date of 12 months with the possibility of extension.
