Project Description
Our client in Frankfurt/Remote is in need of a Senior Python Developer (m/f/d) for a project in the Transport - Travel - Logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining software architectures for network projects, implementing object-oriented software development with Python, utilizing the Django REST Framework for backend services, working in agile teams using the Scrum Framework, attending onsite meetings in Frankfurt for knowledge sharing and teamwork, assisting with integration and testing of network components in a Frankfurt lab, and more. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software architecture, 5 years in object-oriented software development in Python, 3 years with Django REST Framework, 3 years working with Scrum Framework, and must be fluent in German. Additional advantageous qualifications include expertise in knowledge transfer, experience with external APIs, automated software testing, code optimization, and CI/CD pipelines. Nearshore profiles are preferred, with some work required at the Frankfurt project site. All criteria must be met and demonstrable in the profile.
