Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Because our items are delivered electronically and can be accessed, downloaded, or used immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete.
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, previews, and specifications before purchasing to ensure the item meets your needs.
Exceptions
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- Technical issues — The file is corrupted, defective, or otherwise fails to work as described, and our team is unable to resolve the issue.
- Accidental duplicate purchase — You were mistakenly charged twice for the same item.
- Item not as described — What you received is significantly different from what was advertised.
To request a refund under one of these exceptions, please contact us at dimitri@visnadi.com within 7 days of purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue. We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Access issues
If you're having trouble downloading or accessing your product, please reach out to us right away at dimitri@visnadi.com so we can help you resolve it — this is not treated as a refund case and is usually solved quickly.
European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, purchases of digital content normally include a 14-day right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase and confirming immediate access to the digital content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access begins. This consent is requested at checkout.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us directly first at dimitri@visnadi.com so we can resolve the issue quickly, rather than filing a chargeback with your bank.
