Project Description

We are currently seeking an experienced MS SQL Database Administrator for an exciting project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for database administration tasks such as installation, configuration, upgrades, and management of Microsoft SQL Server. Additionally, they will be involved in setting up and operating Always On Availability Groups for high availability, performance tuning, implementing backup and recovery solutions, and enhancing security measures. The project requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Microsoft SQL Server databases, BI experience with Analysis Services, Reporting Services, and Integration Services in the context of BI solutions, scripting skills for task automation using PowerShell or other scripting tools, and familiarity with monitoring tools like CheckMK. A nice-to-have qualification includes being a Microsoft Certified Azure Database Administrator Associate or possessing equivalent certifications.
