Seeking a skilled Excel Data Analyst and Charting Specialist to convert data from an Excel file with 9 to 10 columns into a chart rendered in a browser. The chart should resemble the one found at the specified URL, with the X-Axis representing time and the Y-Axis representing LTP. Additionally, the specialist should ensure that range calculations are automatically derived from the LTP column. The desired chart should include data for LTP, BuyPrice, BuyQty, SellPrice, SellQty, LTQ, and Outcome on both the top and bottom charts. The client is open to using the Altair charting library in Python but is flexible with the choice of library as long as the final result resembles the provided example, offering a click and drag feature.
