We are looking for a Data Maturity Expert to focus on leveraging data as an innovation factor by designing and implementing data governance and management capabilities across various technologies, platforms, and business areas to support the data strategy. The role involves advancing and technically implementing data maturity assessments, conducting organization-wide maturity evaluations, translating requirements into practical recommendations and documentation, gathering industry trends and identifying data-driven innovation opportunities, developing data collection and analysis tools, adapting assessments to new requirements and best practices, preparing and rolling out data maturity assessments to evaluate the current maturity level, analyzing collected data, creating reports on data maturity and AI readiness, evaluating existing Power Apps solutions within the context of data maturity, collaborating with development teams to integrate data and automation into Power Apps, communicating progress, challenges, and solutions with various stakeholder groups, conducting workshops, and developing training materials on data maturity. The ideal candidate should have experience in conducting data maturity assessments or similar evaluations in data management, understanding of data management and governance concepts and methods, knowledge of established industry frameworks such as DAMA, DCAM, or DMM, technical expertise in developing and customizing Power Apps solutions, the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuade stakeholders at all levels, and strong consulting, facilitation, and communication skills.
