Our client is in need of an experienced Construction Supervisor in the field of civil engineering. The responsibilities include overseeing local construction inspectors, coordinating all aspects of project monitoring, reviewing plans for compliance, creating and monitoring schedules and budgets, ensuring the quality of construction work, documenting progress through reports and protocols, enforcing safety regulations on-site, identifying and addressing any issues that arise during construction, and monitoring progress to stay on schedule. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Civil Engineering, at least 10 years of experience in construction supervision, particularly in civil and special civil engineering, familiarity with German construction regulations, proficiency in MS Office tools, and a valid driver's license.
