Project Description
Our client is currently seeking a Python plugin developer with extensive experience in developing QGIS plugins using Python for railway transportation projects. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in QGIS plugin development, at least 3 years of experience in railway software projects, and a good understanding of creating and managing railway-specific maps using QGIS. Additionally, proficiency in data migration to PostgreSQL/PostGIS databases, knowledge of drainage plan requirements for railway facilities, and experience in agile projects or SCRUM methodology are required. The responsibilities will include maintaining and enhancing software applications, advising on technical implementations, participating in project meetings and sprints, collaborating with project managers and developers, writing clean and efficient code, and delivering application packages.
