Data Governance Architect

Project Description

The client is seeking a Data Architect with over 10 years of experience in setting up Data Governance, onboarding Data products, and defining glossaries and data catalogues. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Event driven Architecture and Architecture Modeling. As part of the Data Architecture & Governance department, the individual will collaborate with other experts to develop solutions supporting data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and innovation within the energy & utilities industry. Responsibilities include implementing scalable event-driven architecture solutions, developing Business Information Models, establishing data ownership and stewardship, and evaluating data storage solutions. The candidate must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields, at least 4 years of experience in data architecture & management, proficiency in data catalog tools, and knowledge of AI, ML, and data monetization strategies. The successful candidate will have experience working with stakeholders from different technical and business backgrounds, and stay updated with the latest Azure data technologies.
