A skilled analyst is sought, either part-time or full-time, with the flexibility to work extensively each week based on availability and expertise, regardless of time zone. The role involves remote logins for task completion, potentially transitioning to a per-milestone contract. Essential requirements include a high-speed internet connection, minimum 16GB RAM, and Microsoft PowerBI proficiency. The ideal candidate must actively validate work, not solely rely on formulas, and possess experience in data analysis tasks such as SQL report creation, insights discovery, statistical analysis, Python proficiency, and report/dashboard generation. Problem-solving skills are key, focusing on data analysis for a deeper understanding, effective question formulation, and the translation of business requirements into technical specifications. Strong knowledge of statistical methods, machine learning, and data science is necessary, along with the ability to innovate analytic solutions, effectively communicate results, and collaborate closely to deliver value-added services. The hourly rate for this role ranges from $10.00 to $30.00.
