Project Description

We are seeking two professionals, a Python Developer and an ML Engineer, for a challenging project with a major pharmaceutical company in Basel. The project involves developing the "Target Evaluator" pilot project within the Data Products & Platforms department, aiming to create an unbiased ranking framework for drug target proposals. The ideal candidates will have strong Python skills, experience in REST API design, CI/CD, and ML engineering, with familiarity in high-performance computing and machine learning engineering. The role requires agile software development services, technical consulting, and collaboration with colleagues in Translational Medicine Neuroscience. The candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and fluent English proficiency. Additional expertise in ML engineering, high-performance computing, and user interface design is a plus.
