A client is seeking a freelance professional to enhance and adapt the technical implementation of a Data Maturity Assessment. The tasks include establishing a company-wide organizational process for regular maturity assessments, capturing requirements and transforming them into actionable recommendations, developing data collection and analysis tools, updating assessments based on changing requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to communicate progress and solutions. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Digital Business, Computer Science, or a related field, proven experience in conducting data maturity assessments, a deep understanding of data management concepts and methods, technical expertise in Power Apps solutions, and strong communication and consulting skills. The role requires fluency in German and English, with full-time availability for a mix of remote and on-site work. Additionally, the client is preparing a newsletter for freelancers on market trends and self-employment topics.
